1 <br /> t I <br /> Section 4 <br /> Insurance Required: No license shall be issued here- <br /> under unless the applicant files with the city a <br /> certificate of insurance showing that licensee has <br /> liability insurance in effect during the term of <br /> the license with an insurance company acceptable to <br /> the city clerk, with minimum limits for bodily injury <br /> to any one person and any one accident of one hundred <br /> thousand dollars and a limit of three hundred thousand <br /> dollars for bodily injury in any one accident, and <br /> providing that such insurance shall be cancellable <br /> only after ten days written notice to the city. The <br /> insurance will specifically include the city as an <br /> insured party and will indemnify and save harmless <br /> the city from all suits , accidents and damages con- <br /> sequent therefrom for or by any reason of any suits , <br /> accidents and damages resulting from the licensee 's <br /> operation of the traffic escort service in the above <br /> stated policy limits. Cancellation or voiding of <br /> applicant's insurance policy by whatsoever means <br /> shall automatically cancel applicant' s license. <br /> Section 5 <br /> Enactment and Enforcement of Regulations : The chief <br /> of police shall have the authority to enact and enforce <br /> reasonable rules and regulations for the operation of <br /> traffic escort services in the interest of public <br /> safety and to effectually effect the general purposes <br /> of this chapter. <br /> Section 6 <br /> Motor Vehicles to Conform to State Standards : All <br /> motor vehicles utilized for purposes of traffic escort <br /> service shall meet the standards of the Washington <br /> State Patrol, or other applicable regulatory agencies <br /> of the state of Washington. <br /> Section 7 <br /> License--Exemptions : Nothing contained herein shall <br /> be so deemed as to prevent any business, corporation <br /> or utility company from providing for its own internal <br /> traffic escort service or traffic control service <br /> without having first acquired a license from the <br /> city clerk so long as the escort vehicles comply with <br /> Section 6 . <br /> CHAPTER 20 - FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENT--SERVICING* <br /> Section 1 <br /> Certificate of Fitness--Required: It shall be unlawful <br /> for any person to install, repair, recharge any first <br /> aid fire fighting equipment unless such person has first <br /> obtained from the Chief of the Fire Prevention Bureau <br /> a certificate of fitness . <br /> Section 2 <br /> Certificate of Fitness--Application--Requirements <br /> --License To Issue: Every person desiring to secure <br /> a certificate of fitness shall make application in <br /> writing to the Chief of the Fire Prevention Bureau, <br /> shall be over the age of 21 years , receive a passing <br /> grade upon examination given by the Chief of the <br />
