Fire Prevention Bureau, which examination shall cover <br /> the general field of first aid fire fighting equipment, <br /> shall submit two passport type pictures of himself. <br /> After complying with these qualifications a license <br /> shall be issued by the Chief of the Fire Prevention <br /> Bureau to the applicant. <br /> Section 3 <br /> Certificates--Expiration Date : All certificates of <br /> fitness shall expire on December 31 , of each year, <br /> and shall be renewed upon application to the Chief <br /> of the Fire Prevention Bureau. <br /> Section 4 <br /> City Employees--Unlawful to Make Application for Certificate : <br /> It shall be unlawful for an employee of the City of Everett <br /> to secure or make application for a certificate of fitness <br /> as herein provided. <br /> CHAPTER 21 - MOBILE FOOD UNITS <br /> Section 1 <br /> Preparation of Food in Mobile Unit--License Required: <br /> No person, firm or corporation shall engage in the <br /> preparation of edible merchandise in or on any mobile <br /> unit while on the public streets and on public property, <br /> unless he shall have first obtained and have in full <br /> force and effect a license for each mobile unit used <br /> for said purpose, issued by the City Clerk of the <br /> City of Everett. <br /> Section 2 <br /> Sale of Food in Mobile Unit--License Required: No <br /> person, firm or corporation shall sell or cause to <br /> be sold edible merchandise from a mobile unit to <br /> persons on the public streets , sidewalks and public <br /> property unless he shall have first obtained and have <br /> in full force and effect, a license for each mobile <br /> unit used for said purpose, issued by the City Clerk <br /> of the City of Everett. <br /> Section 3 <br /> Mobile Unit Defined: A mobile unit shall be defined <br /> as a vehicle which can be moved upon the public streets <br /> and sidewalks, including but not limited to trucks, <br /> automobiles , trailers . <br /> Section 4 <br /> Application for License--Bond: The applicant shall <br /> file application with the City Clerk upon forms pre- <br /> pared by the City Clerk, together with a sum of one <br /> hundred dollars as a cash bond, conditioned that the <br /> applicant will not allow refuse and waste to accumulate <br /> upon the streets and sidewalks at or adjacent to the <br /> mobile unit, and conditioned further that in the event it <br /> becomes necessary for the City of Everett to sweep <br /> or otherwise collect refuse resulting from such <br /> operation, that the cost of such work shall be charged <br /> against the bond and the license shall be terminated, <br /> unless the bond is maintained at one hundred dollars . <br />
