Section 5 <br /> Investigation of Apvlicant: The City Clerk, upon <br /> receipt of application, shall forward the same to <br /> Snohomish Health District for investigation. Said <br /> investigation shall be completed and license either <br /> issued or rejected by the City Clerk within thirty <br /> days of receipt of application. <br /> Section 6 <br /> License Fee: The license fee shall be five dollars <br /> per day, twenty-five dollars per month, two hundred <br /> fifty dollars per year. <br /> Section 7 <br /> Locations for Operation: The licensee shall be <br /> permitted to operate on the city streets of the City <br /> of Everett under the direction of the Chief of Police <br /> in such places as will not unduly interfere with <br /> pedestrian and vehicular traffic. <br /> Section 8 <br /> Compliance with regulations : The licensee shall <br /> comply with all rules , regulations and ordinances , <br /> including all federal, state and city laws regarding <br /> the purity of food and the cleanliness of the operation. <br /> Section 9 <br /> Prohibited Locations : No person, firm or corporation <br /> shall sell or cause to be sold edible merchandise <br /> from a mobile unit to persons on the public streets , <br /> sidewalks and public property within three hundred <br /> fifty feet of any restaurant, cafe or eating establishment <br /> operated or licensed to be operated in the City of <br /> Everett. <br />
