1 The name of the person, persons , or business to <br /> 2 whom the permit is granted and the permit number shall <br /> 3 be prominently displayed on the vehicle. <br /> 4 Section 2: It shall be unlawful for persons engaged <br /> 5 in the business of disposal of material to discharge <br /> 6 sewage or like materials from cesspools , septic tanks, <br /> 7 holding tanks, chemical toilets, portable toilets and <br /> 8 privies into the City of Everett Sewage System except <br /> 9 at points of disposal authorized by the City Engineer . <br /> 10 Section 3: Applications for permits to discharge <br /> 11 sewage or like materials from cesspools , septic tanks , <br /> 12 holding tanks, chemical toilets, portable toilets and <br /> 13 privies into the City of Everett Sewage System shall <br /> 14 be completed on such forms as are required by the City <br /> 15 Engineer and submitted to the City Clerk . Upon approval <br /> 16 of such application form by the City Engineer, together <br /> 17 with assurance of compliance of all terms of this ordi- <br /> 18 nance, the City Clerk is authorized to grant said permit. <br /> 19 Section 4: The annual fee for a permit to dis- <br /> 20 charge sewage or like materials from cesspools , septic <br /> 21 tanks, holding tanks , chemical toilets , portable toilets <br /> 22 and privies into the City of Everett Sewage System shall <br /> 23 be $450 .00 for each vehicle having capacity of 2500 gallons <br /> 24 or less , and $620 . 00 for each vehicle having capacity in ex- <br /> 25 cess of 2500 gallons which is employed or used by the <br /> 26 permit holder for the hauling and discharge of such <br /> 27 materials. Said fees shall be considered as sewer reve- <br /> 28 nues . Said permit shall be an annual permit which shall ex- <br /> 29 pire December 31 of each year. Fees for permits issued <br /> 30 between January 1 and December 31 of any annual period <br /> 31 shall be prorated to the nearest full month. No refund <br /> 32 <br />
