• • • 1 (e) Connection charge for sewage outside the city 2 The connection charges for areas outside the City limits shall be 3 as provided for in Section 3. 4 5 (f) Trunk and lateral connections outside city 6 All trunks, laterals or any special facilities required for acceptance 7 and transportation of sewage which shall be connected to the city sewerage 8 system shall be subject to approval of the mayor, and any additions to an 9 approved system so connected shall also be subject to the approval of the 10 mayor. Municipalities desiring a contract for connection to the city sewerage 11 system shall file with the sewer department, or the city engineer, drawings 12 describing and locating all trunks, laterals and any special facilities associated 13 14 to the system. Satisfactory provision for maintenance shall be made, and 15 where necessary, the city shall have the right to perform maintenance operations 16 on facilities outside the city at the cost of the contracting party. The city 17 shall have the right of inspection of all facilities connected to the city 18 sewage system. 19 (g) Connection points for trunks, laterals or special facilities outside city 20 All connections to the trunks, laterals or special facilities of the 21 city sewerage system shall be at points designated by the city. Connection 22 23 shall be under the supervision of the city and the cost thereof shall be borne 24 by the party connecting to the city system which cost shall be in addition 25 to other charges. 26 (h) Property owner outside city subject to city sewage regulations 27 Owners and/or tenants of all property connected to the city sewerage 28 system through or by any district, municipality or governmental unit 29 contracting for such service, shall be subject to all rules and regulations 30 31 governing sewage and sewage disposal within the city.
