(13) Manage all :dministrative activities of Vera P.C. including human resources, billing, <br /> collections,payroll,and personnel management. <br /> (14) Verify that .11 Vera P.C. Providers maintain medical licenses in good standing in <br /> the State of Washi gton. <br /> (15) Provide pe odic utilization reporting to Employer. The reporting shall include: <br /> unique encounter a i d appointment type utilization reports weekly for the first month of the <br /> Clinic launch date a d then monthly thereafter;quarterly analysis of utilization data to identify <br /> gaps in care,patte s of disease,and trends in Participant adherence to the plans of care; and <br /> an annual aggregat,utilization report. <br /> Monthly reporting ill include the number of Participant patient visits at the Clinic during the <br /> previous month an. the number of patient visits of other persons(such as employees of other <br /> employers who are era clients) at the Clinic during the previous month. The reporting will <br /> also include the nu ber of Participant visits at other Vera clinics during the previous month. <br /> (16) Provide m keting support to Employer to drive Participant engagement based on <br /> Vera's marketing e perience and expertise both inside and outside the healthcare industry. <br /> Marketing upport may include copywriting, design, printing and mailing services, <br /> promotiona and strategic consultation,and creative direction. <br /> Review process <br /> For era-produced Participant engagement promotions, Employer will have <br /> two eview rounds to fact-check and make sure information is correct prior to <br /> dist ibution. The first round to make factual edits. The second round to <br /> con rm that the edits were made. <br /> For mployer-produced promotions,Vera will have one review round to fact- <br /> che•k for accuracy prior to distribution. <br /> Vera will not create any promotion that appears to come from Employer. Employer <br /> will not cre.to any promotion that appears to come from Vera. <br /> Both Empl•h er and Vera will have permission to use the other's name and/or marks <br /> for separate promotions. When this occurs, the other will have the above review <br /> round(s)to act-check for accuracy prior to distribution. <br /> Schedule 1, Page 2 <br />
