7. Ownership of Equipment and Supplies. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the <br /> Employer and Vera, all personal property purchased by Vera and reimbursed by Employer through <br /> Reimbursable Charges or Start-Up Expenses are the property of Vera. Examples include equipment <br /> and medical supplies. If during the Term any such personal property is transferred to other Vera <br /> clinics or disposed of or otherwise no longer used for Services, Vera will credit Employer the fair <br /> market value of such personal property at the time or transfer or disposal. Upon termination of the <br /> Agreement, Employer at Employer's election will either(a) give notice to Vera that Employer will <br /> take ownership of personal property, and Vera will cooperate to so transfer ownership or (b) give <br /> notice to Vera that Employer requires payment for such personal property, in which case Vera will <br /> retain ownership and Vera within 30 days after such notice will pay Employer the fair market value <br /> (calculated as of the termination date)of all such items. <br /> 8.
