Prior to scheduling a turn-on date, the Contractor shall provide verification to the Engineer that tests 1, 2, and 3 as <br /> specified in this section have been completed. <br /> Section 8-20.3(11), is revised as follows: <br /> In the fourth paragraph, replace all references to "Contracting Agency electronics technician" with "Operating <br /> Agency signal technician". <br /> The following is added to the end of Section 8-20.3(11): <br /> On the same day, and following successful turn on, the Contractor shall adjust all optically-programmed signal <br /> heads and all louvered signal heads, as directed by the Engineer.
