F
PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATE REVIEW
Project Title:
CT SWIFT II BRT— Boeing to Canyon Park Stations 60% Review
Job Charge: Reviewed By: Office&Mail Stop: Phone: Date: Sh
WO# Euneka Richards Traffic Operations 425-257-8926 8-2-16 3 or, .
# Sht/Pg Reviewer's Comment Designer's Response Init.
The Corridor Stations plans submitted are consistent with our discussions
12 From with Community Transit, and we have agreed to allow them to relocate some The Swift II project will construct bus Otak
Everett of our existing stops in order to accommodate the new Swift stations. Those boarding pads and relocate the existing
Transit stops include: _ Everett Transit flags at the 4 local stop
(Sabina locations. The boarding pads and
Popa) -Airport Rd at SR 99 northbound relocated signs will be shown in the 90%
-Airport Rd at 112th St SW, northbound and southbound Plans for review/approval by the City of
-Airport Rd at Kasch Park Rd, southbound Everett and Everett Transit.
It may be just a matter of labeling in the documents provided, but the first
stop is called out as "Relocate local existing stop", and the last three are
called out as"Everett Transit to relocate". I just want to make sure that they
are consistent in the planning process. Our understanding is that we will
work with the City's traffic engineering department to assess the best place
to relocate those four stops, and that Community Transit will manage their
actual move and that will be included as part of the construction process.
Please confirm that CT will be relocating the Everett Transit stops for all 4
locations within this project.
13 C3.27 Consider deleting 2nd "BUS ONLY," probably not needed after bus stop for Deletion will be considered. Proposed Otak
SWIFT. channelization is being coordinated with
WSDOT for consistency along the entire
corridor. The channelization at this
station will be revised to be consistent
with other Swift II stations.
14 C3.27 City of Everett does not use arrows for bike symbols, but should coordinate Noted. Will coordinate with Snohomish Otak
C3.33 with Snohomish County so corridor is the same. County to ensure corridor has the
consistent bike symbols at 90%.
15 C3.27 Move "BUS ONLY" marking to stop location. See response for Comment#13.
