The Work will be conducted within multiple jurisdictions. The Contractor shall comply with the <br /> specific requirements of each agency, as described in the Plans and specified in these Special <br /> Provisions. <br /> This Work also includes: <br /> • The relocation of the existing detection loops and access control gate at Canyon Park <br /> Park & Ride. <br /> • The relocation of existing luminaires and existing pedestrian scale/private parking lot <br /> lights at the locations shown in the Plans. <br /> • The relocation of existing signal loops on SR 527 at 180th Street SE Northbound and on <br /> SR 96/132nd Street at Dumas Road. <br /> • The relocation of existing interconnect, the relocation of existing detection loop conduit <br /> and wire, and the relocation of existing illumination conduit at the locations shown on the <br /> Plans. <br /> 8-20..1(1) Regulations and Code <br /> Section 8-20.1 (1) is supplemented with the following: <br /> All work within the city limits of the City of Bothell, the City of Everett, and unincorporated <br /> Snohomish County, including work performed in conjunction with the following bid items: <br /> (City of Bothell) <br /> "SR 527 at 208th Street SE (SR 524) Temporary System AND Traffic Signal <br /> Modifications, Complete,"which shall include the following two systems: <br /> "SR 527 at 208th Street SE (SR 524)Temporary Traffic Signal System, Complete." <br /> "SR 527 at 208th Street SE (SR 524)Traffic Signal Modifications, Complete." <br /> (City of Everett) <br /> "Airport Road at SR 99 (Evergreen Way)Traffic Signal Modifications, Complete." <br /> "Airport Road at 112th Street SW Traffic Signal Modifications, Complete." <br /> "Airport Road at Kasch Park Road Traffic Signal Modifications, Complete." <br /> (Unincorporated Snohomish County) <br /> "Airport Road BAT Lane Illumination System, Complete" <br /> shall be subject to the following additional Electrical Inspection requirements: <br /> Electrical Inspection <br /> The Department of Labor and Industries' Electrical Inspector shall inspect and approve the <br /> electrical portions of the project. Before work begins, the Contractor shall contact the <br /> Department of Labor and Industries Electrical Inspector at (425)290-1310 to coordinate a <br /> schedule of electrical inspection. Work shall be done in accordance with WAC 296-46B-010. <br /> This project shall conform to the current adopted version of the NEC. When electrical inspection <br /> of work is required, the Contractor shall notify the Electrical Inspector at least two days in <br /> advance.
