Potholing is required prior to excavation if any utilities are <br /> within 10 feet. Contractor shall verify existing bolt pattern and make modifications as necessary <br /> prior to concrete installation. Verify existing lighting circuits, and break existing splices at the <br /> junction box. Remove and relocate existing luminaire to new foundation. Install new junction <br /> box, remove and replace affected lighting circuit wiring and conduit in kind. Reroute conduits <br /> and wiring, and resplice conductors at the new junction box. Remove the existing foundation, <br /> junction box, conduit bends, elbows, and obsolete conduit completely. <br /> Relocate Pedestrian Scale Lighting & Private Parking Lot Lighting <br /> Contractor shall determine existing anchor bolt type, size, and pattern; existing foundation size <br /> and depth; luminaire type, fixture type, wattage, operating voltage, and mounting height. Provide <br /> this information along with the proposed foundation design and materials for approval prior to <br /> commencing luminaire relocation work. For available Geotechnical information, see Appendix <br /> E. Construct approved foundation in proposed new location. Remove and replace affected lighting circuit <br /> wiring, conduits and handholes in kind to completely restore the lighting circuit.
