Bothell, the City of Everett, and Unincorporated Snohomish County for the following bid <br /> items: <br /> "SR 527 at 208th Street SE (SR 524) Temporary System AND Traffic Signal <br /> Modifications, Complete,"which shall include the following two systems: <br /> "SR 527 at 208th Street SE (SR 524) Temporary Traffic Signal System, <br /> Complete." <br /> "SR 527 at 208th Street SE (SR 524)Traffic Signal Modifications, Complete." <br /> "Airport Road at SR 99 (Evergreen Way)Traffic Signal Modifications, Complete." <br /> "Airport Road at 112th Street SW Traffic Signal Modifications, Complete." <br /> "Airport Road at Kasch Park Road Traffic Signal Modifications, Complete." <br /> Section 8-20.3(14)B, the first paragraph is supplemented with the following: <br /> Signal head shall be covered before the signal turn-on. If there are yellow tapes on the <br /> back plates, the whole assembly shall be covered completely. <br /> Section 8-20.3(14)C is supplemented with the following: <br /> Item 4 is supplemented as follows: <br /> The loop locations shall be marked on the pavement by the Contractor and approved by <br /> the Engineer prior to sawcutting.At no point shall any of the sawcuts pass closer than 12 <br /> inches to any utility cover. <br /> Item 6 is supplemented as follows: <br /> Loop installation shall not take place in temperatures below 40°F. <br /> Item 7 is supplemented as follows: <br /> The sawcuts shall be of uniform depth and any sharp edges, abrasions, or ridges shall <br /> be removed prior to placing the wire. <br /> Sawcut Cleaning <br /> The high pressure washer shall operate at 1000 psi minimum pressure as certified by <br /> the manufacturer's label on the machine or as measured by an in line pressure gauge. <br /> All requirements of Section 1-07.15, "Temporary Water Pollution/Erosion 34 Control" <br /> shall be observed as specified in the Contract and in the Plans when the sawcut <br /> cleaning is performed. <br /> Item 11 is supplemented as follows: <br /> Loop detector sealant shall conform to one of the following specifications, chosen based <br /> on Case A or Case B application: <br /> Case A <br /> Induction Loop Detectors installed and sealed into the finish lift of asphalt shall conform <br /> to these criteria: <br /> Swift Green Line—Corridor Stations Special Provisions SP133 <br /> May 2017 <br />
