Product details are <br /> included in the Shelter and Amenities Installation sheets of the project plans. <br /> Station Railing <br /> BARRIER RAILING <br /> Barrier railings are an owner-furnished and contractor-installed product. Product details are <br /> included in the Plans and shown in Appendix F-10. Barrier railing is located at the back and <br /> sides of Station platform where fall protection is required. <br /> BOUNDARY RAILING <br /> Boundary railings are an owner-furnished and contractor-installed product. Product details <br /> are included in the Plans and shown in Appendix F-10. Boundary railing is located at the <br /> back and sides of Station platform where there is a need to minimize the possibility of <br /> intrusion into adjacent private property. <br /> ATTACHMENT <br /> 1. Bolts and Nuts: Regular hexagon head type, ASTM A307, Grade A. <br /> 2. Concrete Expansion Anchors: <br /> a. Anchor bolt and sleeve assembly with capability to sustain, without failure, a <br /> load equal to six times the load imposed when installed in unit masonry and <br /> equal to four times the load imposed when installed in concrete, as determined <br /> by testing per ASTM E 488, conducted by a qualified independent testing <br /> agency. <br /> b. Finish: 18-8 Stainless steel <br /> 3. Finish: Provide 18-8 Stainless steel in accordance with ASTM F1554-04 for anchors <br /> in exterior use. <br /> 4. Non-Shrink Grout: Premixed and packaged non-ferrous aggregate, non-staining, <br /> shrinkage-resistant, non-corrosive, non-gaseous complying with ASTM C1107, <br /> 5000 psi minimum compressive strength. <br /> 5. Acceptable Products and Manufacturers: <br /> a. Euco-NS, Euclid Chemical Co., Cleveland, OH. <br /> b. Supreme, Gifford Hill, Dallas, Texas. <br /> c.
