8-32.5 Payment
<br /> Payment will be made in accordance with Section 1-04.1, for each of the following bid items that
<br /> are included in the proposal:
<br /> "Conduit Pipe 3-In. Diam. for Shelter Power and Driver Restroom", per linear foot.
<br /> "Conduit Pipe 3-In. Diam. for Shelter Power", per linear foot.
<br /> "Conduit Pipe 3-In. Diam. for Future Communication", per linear foot.
<br /> The contract unit price for "Conduit Pipe 3-In. Diam. for Shelter Power and Driver Restroom",
<br /> "Conduit Pipe 3-In. Diam. for Shelter Power", and "Conduit Pipe 3-In. Diam. for Future
<br /> Communication", shall be pay for all work to complete the installation, including but not limited
<br /> to: potholing at utility crossings; trench excavating, hauling and disposing of debris and unused
<br /> materials; furnishing, placing, compacting, and testing bedding and backfill material; furnishing,
<br /> laying, and cleaning conduit, spacers, marker tape and fittings; wiring; and furnishing and
<br /> installing junction boxes. Unless listed as a separate pay item, all materials, labor, equipment,
<br /> and incidentals necessary to install the conduit pipe shall be included in this pay item.
<br /> "Directional Drill Conduit Pipe 3-In. Diam. for Shelter Power", per linear foot.
<br /> The contract unit price per linear foot for "Directional Drill Conduit Pipe 3-In. Diam. for Shelter
<br /> Power", shall be pay for all work to complete the installation, including but not limited to:
<br /> potholing at utility crossings; excavating, backfilling, and compacting bore pits; furnishing,
<br /> installing, and cleaning conduit; spacers, marker tape and fittings; directional drilling; wiring; and
<br /> furnishing and installing junction boxes. Unless listed as a separate pay item, all materials,
<br /> labor, equipment, and incidentals necessary to install the conduit pipe shall be included in this
<br /> pay item.
<br /> All costs for installation of electrical and communications equipment, wiring, and lighting
<br /> associated with the Swift Station shelters and amenities installation will be considered incidental
<br /> to the lump sum contract payment for"Shelter and Amenities Installation".
<br /> "Relocate Private Communications System", per lump sum.
<br /> "Relocate Private Power System", per lump sum.
<br /> The lump sum contract price for "Relocate Private Communications System" and "Relocate
<br /> Private Power System" shall be full pay for the removal and relocation of power and
<br /> communications systems as shown in the Plans, and herein specified, including excavation,
<br /> disposal, backfilling, potholing, conduit, wiring, junction boxes, protection and relocation of
<br /> existing equipment including existing pedestal pay phone, communications pedestal, and power
<br /> vault, connections, and for making all required tests/permits.
