Add the following new section: <br /> 8-33 CANYON PARK P&R DRIVER RESTROOM BUILDING NEW <br /> 8-33.1 Description <br /> This Work includes furnishing and assembling new pre-engineered driver restroom building <br /> including foundation, services, and gutters and downspouts at Canyon Park Park & Ride as <br /> shown on the Plans and within these specifications. This work also includes the relocation of <br /> existing bike lockers outside of the new building footprint as shown on the Plans. <br /> 8-33.2 Materials <br /> Romtec 2024 Sierra II Compact Double Restroom with 8ft Storage/Mechanical Room — <br /> Customized for Owner as detailed/specified in Appendix H. No Substitutions. <br /> 8-33.3 Construction Requirements <br /> Pre-engineered driver restroom building shall be furnished and assembled per the details and <br /> specifications provided in Appendix H. <br /> 8-33.4 Measurement <br /> There will be no specific measurement for the lump sum bid item "Pre-Engineered Restroom <br /> Incl. Services". <br /> 8-33.5 Payment <br /> Payment will be made in accordance with Section 1-04.1, for each of the following bid items that <br /> are included in the proposal: <br /> "Pre-Engineered Restroom Incl. Services", per lump sum. <br /> The lump sum contract price for"Pre-Engineered Restroom Incl. Services shall be full <br /> compensation for furnishing and assembling the new driver restroom facility as shown in the <br /> plans and described in the specifications. <br /> All costs for building foundation, water and sewer connection to new driver restroom building, <br /> furnishing and installation of gutters and downspouts, and relocation of existing bike lockers will <br /> be considered incidental to the lump sum contract payment for"Pre-Engineered Restroom Incl. <br /> Services". <br /> END DIVISION 8 <br /> Swift Green Line—Corridor Stations Special Provisions SP187 <br /> May 2017 <br />
