9-14.3 Fertilizer <br /> Section 9-14.3 is supplemented with the following: <br /> Fertilizer for seeding shall be composed of the following proportions and formulation. <br /> Total available Nitrogen 10% <br /> (of which 50% is derived from 38% slow release ureaform,Analyzed as N) <br /> Available Phosphorous 20% (Analyzed as P205) <br /> Available Potassium 20% (Analyzed as K20) <br /> The above percentages are proportioned by weight. <br /> Fertilizer for seeding shall be applied at the rate of 400 pounds per acre. <br /> 9-14.4 Mulch and Amendments <br /> Section 9-14.4 shall be supplemented with the following: <br /> Arborist Wood Chip Mulch (AWCM) shall be coarse ground wood chips (approximately 1/2"to 8" <br /> along the longest dimension) derived from the mechanical grinding or shredding of the above- <br /> ground portions of trees. It may contain wood, wood fiber, bark, branches, and leaves; but may <br /> not contain visible amounts of soil. It shall be free of weeds and weed seeds Including but not <br /> limited to plants on the King County Noxious Weed list available at: www.kingcounty.gov/weeds, <br /> and shall be free of invasive plant portions capable of resprouting, including but not limited to <br /> horsetail, ivy, clematis, knotweed, etc. It may not contain more than 1/2% by weight of <br /> manufactured inert material (plastic, concrete, ceramics, metal, etc.). <br /> Arborist Wood Chip Mulch, when tested, shall meet the following loose volume gradation: <br /> Percent Passing <br /> Sieve Size Minimum Maximum <br /> 2" 95 0 100 <br /> 1" 70 0 100 <br /> 5/8" 0 0 50 <br /> 1/4" 0 0 40 <br /> No particles may be longer than eight inches. <br /> 9-29 ILLUMINATION, SIGNAL, ELECTRICAL <br /> 9-29 Illumination, Signal, Electrical <br /> Section 9-29 is supplemented with the following general requirement: <br /> The Work will be conducted within multiple jurisdictions.
