I <br /> Section 00 21 13 <br /> INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS <br /> successfully completed with its own forces the <br /> subgrade portion of at least five (5) sports field <br /> installations of 60,000 SF or larger. Three (3) of <br /> these five fields must be major league sports <br /> (National Football League—NFL, Major League <br /> Soccer—MLS, Major League Baseball—MLB or <br /> college baseball/softball fields). <br /> If Bidder listed itself as the Field Sub-Grade <br /> Subcontractor,then Bidder itself must satisfy <br /> both of the above requirements with its own <br /> forces. <br /> (ii) Requirements Regarding Synthetic Turf Field Surfacing <br /> Product and Vendor. The Synthetic Turf Product and <br /> Vendor for the Project must meet all of the following <br /> requirements: <br /> (1) The Vendor and Product must be one of the <br /> following: 1 <br /> • Astroturf—Diamond Series <br /> Use of any Vendor/Project combination not on <br /> the above list will result in rejection of Bid. If a <br /> bidder wants to add a Vendor/Product <br /> combination to this list, the Bidder must make a <br /> request for criteria modification no later than ten <br /> business days before Bid opening in accordance <br /> with the Procedure section below. If the City <br /> approves the modification request, the City will <br /> issue and addendum with an amended approved111 <br /> list. <br /> (2) The Vendor must have an available designated <br /> representative in the Pacific Northwest <br /> Washington, Idaho, or Oregon). <br /> 111 <br /> (3) The Vendor must have provided Turf for at least <br /> fifty (50) in-filled outdoor fields within the two <br /> years prior to the Bid Opening. <br /> c.
