Manufacturers requesting substitution approval shall provide submittal information as per 111 <br /> Section 1.03 D. Submittal information must be received 10 days prior to bid opening, <br /> approved manufacturers will be notified by addendum. Manufacturers or suppliers shall <br /> utilize the included substitution request form, section <br /> C. Submit each item in this article according to the conditions of the contract and <br /> specification section. Any deviations to the specification require the manufacturer to list 1 <br /> and describe in detail such deviations. Failure to provide this information shall be <br /> grounds for immediate rejection. <br /> D. Submittal information required: 1 <br /> 1. Light layouts as per Section 1.04 and 1.05 of the specification. <br /> 2. Spill and Glare layouts as per Section 1.06 of the specification. <br /> 3. Photometric report for a luminaire types being proposed showing candela <br /> tabulations as defined by IESNA.Photometric data shall be certified by a <br /> laboratory with current NVLAP or an independent testing facility with over 5 <br /> years experience. <br /> 4. Detail foundation design as described in Section 2.01 of the specification <br /> (Alternate 5 Bid Only) <br /> 5. Detailed warranty information as per Section 3.01 of the specification. <br /> 6. Energy cost analysis detailing energy and maintenance cost over a 25-year life <br /> cycle. Note that energy consumption shall not exceed the total kwh detailed in ' <br /> section 3.02 <br /> 7. Provide written information for the automated control system to include I <br /> monitoring. Also provide examples of system reporting and access for numbers <br /> for personal contact to operate the system. <br /> 8. A list of similar project references in Washington using the proposed LED ! <br /> equipment. The list shall include contact names and phone numbers. <br /> 1.04 SPORTS LIGHTING PERFORMANCE I <br /> A. The manufacturer shall supply lighting equipment and computer-generated point-by-point <br /> analysis to meet the following: 1 <br /> 1. The performance criteria require lighting equipment which will provide <br /> measured average illumination level of the predicted mean in accordance with <br /> IESNA-LM 5 and measured within the first 100 hours of operation.
