City of Everett 01 3216 - 2 <br /> 2019 Biosolids Removal UT3705-2 <br /> C. Review by the City or City's Representative shall not constitute approval or acceptance <br /> of the Contractor's construction means, methods, sequencing, logic, order, precedence <br /> and succession of activities or Contractor's ability to complete the Work in a timely <br /> manner. <br /> D. The review/approval of any schedule shall not transfer any of the Contractor's <br /> responsibilities to the City. <br /> E. Subcontractors shall review all schedules prior to submittal. At the City's option and sole <br /> discretion, City may require Contractor to obtain written acceptance of each schedule by <br /> subcontractors as practical and feasible, as the schedule relates to subcontractors' work. <br /> 1.4 UPDATES <br /> A. The Project Construction Schedule will be reviewed and updated at each progress <br /> meeting. All changes to the project schedule of more than three (3) working days shall <br /> be documented. The Schedule shall be updated to show measures required to bring <br /> project back on schedule. The Contractor alone shall remain responsible for adjusting <br /> forces, equipment, and work schedules to ensure completion of the work within the <br /> Contract Time. Any mistakes or errors in any schedule, including, but not limited to, <br /> mistakes or errors of logic, order, precedence, and duration, are and remain the <br /> Contractor's. ' <br /> B. Should any activity not be completed by the stated scheduled date, the City will have the <br /> right to require the Contractor to expedite completion of the activity by whatever means <br /> appropriate and necessary, without additional compensation to the Contractor. <br /> C. The Schedule shall be used to justify time extension days requested by the Contractor. <br /> For additional days requested, the Schedule shall be detailed enough to identify the work <br /> item(s) affected and the relationship to the changed or added work. <br /> D. Schedule shall be provided during the construction meetings.
