The Contractor shall authorize the Health and Safety Representative to resolve safety- <br /> related issues raised by the City. <br /> C. The Health and Safety Representative is responsible to insure that work is performed in <br /> accordance with the Health and Safety Plan. <br /> D. At the daily job briefing and/or tailgate conference, Contractor shall provide the City's <br /> representative in attendance at the meeting all relevant information on the Work to be <br /> performed, its location, and the equipment to be used. <br /> 1 E. The Contractor is responsible to insure that its workers and subcontractors have all <br /> safety equipment required for the Work. <br /> F.
