(F) For each cabulance the company vehicle number therefore, <br /> the make, model and identifying color scheme, monogram <br /> or insignia, and serial number of the vehicle. <br /> (G) If the applicant is a corporation it shall accompany said <br /> application with a list of the names and addresses of all <br /> officers, directors and stockholders. <br /> (H) Such further information as the City Clerk may require. <br /> Section 4: If the City Council finds that further cabulance service in the City <br /> of Everett is required by the public convenience and necessity and that the <br /> applicant is fit, willing and able to perform such public transportation and to <br /> conform to the provisions of this ordinance the City Clerk shall issue a license <br /> stating the name and address of the applicant, the number of vehicles authorized <br /> under said license and the date of issuance; otherwise, the application shall be <br /> denied. <br /> In making the above findings the City Council shall take into consideration <br /> the number of cabulance vehicles already in operation, whether existing transportation <br /> is adequate to meet the public need, and the probable affect of the increased service <br /> on local traffic conditions and the character, experience and responsibility of <br /> the applicant. <br /> Section 5: Every cabulance operator shall file with the City Clerk the policy <br /> or policies of public liability insurance, approved as to sufficiency by the <br /> City Clerk, and as to form by the City Attorney, issued by an insurance company <br /> or companies authorized to do business in the State of Washington, providing <br /> indemnity for or protection to the City of Everett as well as providing public <br /> liability insurance coverage for each and every cabulance owned, operated and/or <br /> leased by the applicant for injury to or death of persons, passengers, or otherwise, <br /> in accidents resulting from any cause by which the owner of said vehicle would be <br /> liable on account of any liability imposed upon him by law, regardless of whether <br /> the cabulance was being driven by the owner or his agent and as against damage <br /> to the property of another including personal property under likened circumstances <br /> in the sum of $100, 000. 00 for the injury or death of one person, or $300, 000. 00 <br /> for the injury or death of more than one person in any one accident, and $50, 000. 00 <br /> for property damage. <br /> Every such policy of insurance shall continue to the full amount thereof <br /> notwithstanding any recovery thereon and shall provide that the liability of the <br /> insurer shall not be affected by the insolvency or bankruptcy of the assured.
