Qualification, provided however, that a Master Plumber's License may be issued to any person, firm, partnership or corporation who make application for such license by or through a bona fide member or authorized agent thereof, who possesses a valid Master Plumber's Certificate of Qualification. (c) Whenever a Master Plumber's License has been issued to any person, firm, partnership or corporation pursuant to the provisions of subsection (b) hereof, such member or authorized agent, or some other member or authorized agent or employee possessing a valid Master Plumber's Certificate of Qualification shall at all times be in actual charge and control of all plumbing done or to be done by such person, firm, partnership or corporation. (d) Before any Master Plumber's License shall be issued or renewed, the applicant therefor shall pay $75. 00 in advance to the City Treasurer. If application for license is for operation after July 1, the fee for the balance of the year shall be $37. 50. (e) All Master Plumber's Licenses shall expire on the 31st day of December of each year unless sooner revoked. " Section 7: That there is hereby added to Part 2 of the Uniform Plumbing Code herein adopted a Sec. 2. 13 which shall read as follows: "Sec. 2. 13 - Journeyman Plumber's License Required Before any person shall engage in or labor at the trade of Journeyman Plumber he shall first procure a Journeyman Plumber's License and pay in advance to the City Treasurer the annual license fee as set forth in Section 2. 10 of this code; provided, however, a Journeyman Plumber possessing a valid Certificate of Competency and a valid Journeyman Plumber's License from a reciprocating municipality may, on entering the City of Everett to work, notify the Administrative Authority and may work within the City without paying a licensee fee as set forth in this section. 'Reciprocating municipality, ' as used herein, shall mean any other municipality within the State of Washington giving an examination the scope and character of which is at least equal to that given by the local Board of Examiners. Notwithstanding the City's recognition of licenses from reciprocating municipalities, all Journeyman Plumbers whose employees have their primary place of business located in the City of Everett must obtain the license set forth in Section 2. 10 and 2. 13 of this ordinance. Revocation of a Journeyman Plumber's Certificate of Qualification pursuant to the provisions of Sec. 2. 11 of this code shall automatically cancel that person's Journeyman Plumber's License without refund in addition to other penalties provided.
