Qualification, provided however, that a Master Plumber's License may be issued <br /> to any person, firm, partnership or corporation who make application for such <br /> license by or through a bona fide member or authorized agent thereof, who <br /> possesses a valid Master Plumber's Certificate of Qualification. <br /> (c) Whenever a Master Plumber's License has been issued to any <br /> person, firm, partnership or corporation pursuant to the provisions of <br /> subsection (b) hereof, such member or authorized agent, or some other member <br /> or authorized agent or employee possessing a valid Master Plumber's Certificate <br /> of Qualification shall at all times be in actual charge and control of all plumbing <br /> done or to be done by such person, firm, partnership or corporation. <br /> (d) Before any Master Plumber's License shall be issued or renewed, <br /> the applicant therefor shall pay $75. 00 in advance to the City Treasurer. If <br /> application for license is for operation after July 1, the fee for the balance of <br /> the year shall be $37. 50. <br /> (e) All Master Plumber's Licenses shall expire on the 31st day of <br /> December of each year unless sooner revoked. " <br /> Section 7: That there is hereby added to Part 2 of the Uniform Plumbing <br /> Code herein adopted a Sec. 2. 13 which shall read as follows: <br /> "Sec. 2. 13 - Journeyman Plumber's License Required <br /> Before any person shall engage in or labor at the trade of Journeyman <br /> Plumber he shall first procure a Journeyman Plumber's License and pay in <br /> advance to the City Treasurer the annual license fee as set forth in Section <br /> 2. 10 of this code; provided, however, a Journeyman Plumber possessing a valid <br /> Certificate of Competency and a valid Journeyman Plumber's License from a <br /> reciprocating municipality may, on entering the City of Everett to work, notify <br /> the Administrative Authority and may work within the City without paying a <br /> licensee fee as set forth in this section. 'Reciprocating municipality, ' as used <br /> herein, shall mean any other municipality within the State of Washington giving <br /> an examination the scope and character of which is at least equal to that given <br /> by the local Board of Examiners. Notwithstanding the City's recognition of <br /> licenses from reciprocating municipalities, all Journeyman Plumbers whose <br /> employees have their primary place of business located in the City of Everett <br /> must obtain the license set forth in Section 2. 10 and 2. 13 of this ordinance. <br /> Revocation of a Journeyman Plumber's Certificate of Qualification pursuant <br /> to the provisions of Sec. 2. 11 of this code shall automatically cancel that person's <br /> Journeyman Plumber's License without refund in addition to other penalties <br /> provided. " <br /> Section 8: That there is hereby added to Part 2 of the Uniform Plumbing <br /> Code herein adopted a Sec. 2. 14 which shall read as follows: <br /> Sec. 2. 14 - Display of Sign <br /> It shall be unlawful for any person not in legal possession of a valid Master <br /> Plumber's License to engage in, carry on, or represent himself, itself, or <br /> Page 4 <br />
