Section 1. 32 NUISANCE: Nuisance in a mobile home park includes any of <br /> the following: <br /> (a) Any public nuisance known at common law or in equity <br /> jurisprudence. <br /> (b) Whatever is dangerous to human life or is detrimental <br /> to health. <br /> (c) The overcrowding of any room with occupants. <br /> (d) Insuff icient ventilation or illumination of any room. <br /> (e) Inadequate or insanitary sewage or plumbing facilities. <br /> (f) Whatever renders a food, or drink, unwholesome, or <br /> detrimental to the health of human beings. <br /> Section 1. 33 PERSON: Any person, firm, corporation, partnership, or <br /> association. <br /> Section 1. 34 PLAYGROUND: A play lot or other area which has been <br /> larL scaped and developed for the use of children or other <br /> mobile home occupants. <br /> Section 1. 35 RAMADA - PERMANENT: Shall mean any structure which <br /> serves as a roof or shade structure, is erected over a <br /> mobile home or mobile home lot within the mobile home <br /> lot setbacks and which is designed to be constructed in <br /> conformance with standards of the Uniform Building Code. <br /> Section 1. 36 RAMADA - PORTABLE OR DEMOUNTABLE: Shall mean <br /> any prefabricated portable structure which is designed to be <br /> readily assembled and disassembled and adapted to ready <br /> transportation and which serves as a roof or shade structure <br /> and is erected over a mobile home or mobile home lot within <br /> the mobile home lot setbacks. <br /> Section 1. 37 STRUCTURE: Shall mean that which is built, or constructed, <br /> an edifice or building of any kind, or any piece of work <br /> artificially built up or composed of parts joined together in <br /> some definite manner and located within six (6) feet of a <br /> mobile home in a mobile home park. As defined herein, <br /> "structure" does not include a mobile home or other access- <br /> ory awnings, cabanas, carports and ramadas which are <br /> portable and are designed to be readily assembled and dis- <br /> ass.,mbled and adapted to ready transportation. <br /> Section 1. 38 SERVICE BUILDING: Shall mean a building housing community <br /> toilet, laundry, and other sanitary facilities necessary for the <br /> health and convenience of trailer occupants. <br /> -4- <br />
