Phase 1B — Pedestrian Upgrades <br /> 13. Project Management and Administration <br /> This task will cover all management associated with the pedestrian upgrades to the utility <br /> bridge. <br /> 14. Structural Engineering <br /> Structural design shall include the bridge superstructure and foundations necessary for the <br /> pedestrian upgrade to the utility bridge including the pedestrian overcrossing and <br /> elevator/stair. <br /> 15. Elevator Design <br /> This task includes the work necessary for the design of an elevator one end of the bridge. <br /> 16. Mechanical <br /> This task includes the work necessary for the ventilation of the elevator and control rooms. <br /> 17. Architecture and Bridge Aesthetics Collaboration <br /> This task is to develop the aesthetic components of the pedestrian upgrades to the utility <br /> bridge. <br /> 18. Electrical Engineering <br /> This task includes pedestrian lighting throughout the bridge and approaches. <br /> 19. Landscape Architecture and Irrigation Design <br /> This scope will include the site improvements including pedestrian paving, site furnishings, <br /> conceptual site grading, soil preparation in planting areas, planting and irrigation associated <br /> with park improvements within the project area. <br /> 20. BNSF Permit Support <br /> Support will include coordination with BNSF and work associated with the BNSF review <br /> process for the pedestrian upgrades to the utility bridge. <br /> 21.
