Phase 2 — West Marine View Drive Utilities <br /> 22. Topographic and Boundary Survey <br /> The survey task is to create a base map for the design of the utilities north of the bridge. <br /> 23. Geotechnical Investigation and Recommendations <br /> This task is to do the work necessary to develop utility trenching and dewatering <br /> recommendations. <br /> 24. Civil Engineering <br /> Work associated with "West Marine View Drive Utilities" include storm sewer and <br /> associated storm outfall in lieu of PSO3, and combined sewer extensions approximately 50- <br /> feet north of west bridge landing to the CSO regulator station. <br /> 25. Combined Sewer Overflow Regulator Design <br /> Work will provide design of the combined sewer overflow (CSO) regulator structure and <br /> pipeline connections to outfalls Puget Sound Outfall 1 (PSO1) and Puget Sound Outfall 2 <br /> (PSO2). <br /> 26. Landscape Architecture and Irrigation Design <br /> For the utilities north of the bridge portion of the project, the scope will include the design of <br /> site work including pedestrian paving, site furnishings, conceptual site grading, soil <br /> preparation in planting areas, planting and irrigation associated with the return of the site to <br /> the condition prior to construction. <br /> 27. Environmental Services <br /> These services include the permitting effort for the SEPA, ECS, Section 4(f), BA, JARPA <br /> and cultural resource documents associated with the design of the utilities north of the <br /> bridge. <br /> General <br /> The following tasks are not specific to any phase. <br /> 28. Management Reserve <br /> At the discretion of the City, unanticipated tasks outside the confines of this base scope <br /> may be authorized using additional funds from a management reserve.
