KPFF shall <br /> produce and provide the City with hard copies of the submittal documents identified below. <br /> Geotechnical and Environmental documents are an exception; hard copies of these submittal <br /> items shall be produced as outlined below by HWA and Landau and provided to KPFF for <br /> submission to the City. Unless otherwise noted, the term electronic refers to PDF format. KPFF <br /> shall perform QA/QC processes on all documents prior to submittal to the City. Submittal <br /> documents shall be inclusive of the project as a whole, and will not be divided into separate <br /> submittals corresponding to their respective project phases. <br /> Surveying Submittals (Produced by KPFF for Phase 1A and Phase 2) <br /> Surveying Submittal documents shall be provided and coordinated per the City of Everett <br /> Standards. This submittal includes two (2) notebook deliverables, each accompanied by a CD <br /> containing electronic files. <br /> • Electronic files (PDF and CAD) <br /> • Field notes <br /> • Raw data files <br /> • One (1) hard copy plot <br /> TS&L Submittals (Produced by KPFF and LMN for Phase 1A and Phase 1 B) <br /> All TS&L Submittals include six (6) hard copies, and one (1) electronic copy. <br /> • Draft TS&L Report <br /> • Final TS&L Report <br /> KPFF Consulting Engineers Page 5 <br /> Grand Avenue Park Bridge Scope of Work November 10, 2014 <br />
