Deliverables (per Project Submittal List) <br /> • Field Investigation Memo <br /> • BNSF Field Investigation Memo <br /> • Draft Preliminary geotechnical report <br /> • Draft/Final Soil and Geology Discipline report <br /> 3.5 — Final Design Geotechnical Engineering Services <br /> 3.51 — Final Design Engineering Analysis <br /> HWA shall provide final design engineering services. This shall include updating the <br /> engineering evaluations completed during the preliminary engineering evaluations to reflect the <br /> design alternatives selected to move forward as part of final design. <br /> 3.52 — Final Geotechnical Report <br /> HWA's final geotechnical report shall contain the results of the geotechnical engineering <br /> investigation, including description of surface and subsurface conditions; a site plan showing <br /> exploration locations and other pertinent features; summary boring logs; and laboratory test <br /> results. The report shall provide a narrative and geotechnical recommendations for each of the <br /> above described geotechnical aspects of the project. <br /> 3.53 — Respond to Geotechnical Related Review Comments <br /> HWA shall provide written responses to review comments on the 30, 60 and 90 percent plans. <br /> The written responses shall be provided in the form of emails to the design team. <br /> 3.54 —Attend Proiect Coordination Meetings <br /> HWA shall participate in monthly project coordination meetings through the final design process. <br /> These meetings shall be held at KPFF's Seattle office from October of 2014 to August 2015 (11 <br /> coordination meetings). <br /> 3.55 — Geotechnical Plan and Specification Review <br /> HWA shall collaborate with KPFF and the City of Everett to verify that the geotechnical <br /> engineering requirements are properly incorporated into the plans and specifications. <br /> 3.56 — Respond to Geotechnical Related Pre-Bid Questions <br /> HWA shall provide written responses to geotechnical questions posed by prospective <br /> contractors. The written responses shall be provided in the form of emails to the design team. <br /> 3.57 —Task Management <br /> HWA shall prepare monthly invoices and progress reports for submittal to KPFF. <br /> Assumptions <br /> No additional geotechnical explorations will be required as part of final design. <br /> Deliverables <br /> Final Geotechnical Report per the Project Submittal List <br /> KPFF Consulting Engineer November 10, 2014 <br /> Grand Avenue Park Utility Bridge, Phase 1A Page 15 of 55 <br />
