Assumptions <br /> • Landscape architect will provide horizontal control for landscaping, wayfinding signage, site <br /> furniture, paver layout and non-standard hardscape scoring. <br /> • KPFF will provide hardscape jointing layout, details and specifications <br /> • Landscape architect will provide grading concepts for landscape areas; however, <br /> documentation of all grading will be on civil plans starting with the 60% Design Submittal. <br /> • Landscape architect will design all irrigation needs for landings and city street trees. <br /> • Electrical engineer will document electrical demolition and power for project lighting and <br /> elevator. <br /> • Lighting designer will document lighting for bridge, landings and city street improvements. <br /> • Environmental engineer will document hazardous waste removal, if necessary. <br /> • City of Everett will provide anticipated flow rates for sizing proposed public storm sewer. <br /> HDR will confirm CSO flow rates for pipe sizing. HDR will provide all work associated with <br /> CSO, except plans and profiles routing and connection details to bridge. <br /> • Sewer "M" project will address any needs for water quality requirements for the 36-inch <br /> storm pipe. <br /> • City of Everett will provide pipe type and size for the dry force main. <br /> • Sanitary sewer service is not required for this project. <br /> • Power and communication utility routing on bridge is by electrical engineer. <br /> • City of Everett will obtain BNSF temporary occupancy permit required for topographic survey <br /> and construction. <br /> • City of Everett will enter into and sign contract with Snohomish County PUD and Utility <br /> Purveyors for design, review and approval of KPFF designs. The City of Everett will also <br /> sign a contract for payment of removal of overhead cables and installation of <br /> conductors/cables in new underground infrastructure. <br /> 5.1 — Project Administration <br /> 5.11 — General Administration <br /> KPFF Civil shall assist in scope of work definition, provide input and review project schedule <br /> and work plan and provide monthly progress reports necessary for invoicing. <br /> 5.12 — Coordination <br /> KPFF Civil shall coordinate with all project stakeholders, permitting authorities and design team <br /> consultants to achieve necessary approvals and the civil design elements are well coordinated, <br /> within the time and budget constraints of the project, constructible and generally meets the <br /> expectations of the project stakeholders. Specifically, KPFF shall coordinate with our <br /> subconsultants, the City of Everett, Port of Everett, BNSF, WSDOT, Snohomish County PUD, <br /> and private utility purveyors. <br /> 5.13 — Permitting Assistance <br /> KPFF Civil shall prepare the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and shall provide input to <br /> SEPA Checklist prepared by others.
