9.3 — 60 Percent PSE <br /> Swift Company LLC shall provide 60%; level plans and specifications per the following list which <br /> details the Project's construction requirements. The purpose of the 60% design phase is to <br /> confirm the concept design and establish all project design elements with enough <br /> documentation to feel confident in the cost estimate and coordination with all stakeholders and <br /> design team members. This set will be used for submittal for initial permit reviews. <br /> Deliverables (Electronic copy to KPFF) <br /> • 60 Percent PSE Submittal <br /> o Plans per the Project Sheet List <br /> o Basis of Design, Specifications, and comment responses per the Project Submittal List. <br /> o Unit quantities with an engineer's estimated unit cost (cost estimate) per the Project <br /> Submittal List. <br /> ■ Swift Company LLC shall provide unit costs for items under their design, KPFF will <br /> provide grading and pavement costs. <br /> 9.4—90 Percent PSE <br /> Swift Company LLC shall provide 90%; level plans and specifications per the following list which <br /> details the Project's construction requirements. The purpose of the 90% design phase is to <br /> complete the construction documents and confirm cost estimates. There should be no major <br /> changes to the program and design at this phase. All details will be completed at this state of <br /> design. <br /> Deliverables (Electronic copy to KPFF) <br /> • 90 Percent PSE Submittal <br /> o 90% level plan set per the Project Sheet List. <br /> o Specifications, Cost Estimate, and Comment Responses per the Project Submittal List. <br /> 9.5 — 100 Percent (Final) PSE <br /> Swift Company LLC shall finalize plans and specifications based on 90% review comments and <br /> finalize internal QA/QC.
