15.3 —Vertical Transportation Design <br /> Greenbusch shall prepare traffic calculations and author a study to determine the <br /> number/type/speed/configuration of lift(s) to provide the desired level of service. Greenbusch <br /> shall finalize selection of lift type and configuration. <br /> Greenbusch shall design physical building/structure elements of the lift shaft, machine room, pit, <br /> overrun, etc. Greenbusch shall review specifications for the operational parameters of the <br /> various lifts (taking care to insure that they are consistent with the installed environment). <br /> 15.4—30, 60, 90, and 100 Percent PSE <br /> Greenbusch shall prepare layout and markup for drafting for 30%, 60%, 90% and 100% <br /> construction documents. Include space, equipment working clearances, weights, etc. and shall <br /> draft 30%, 60%, 90% and 100% drawings and specifications for Vertical Transportation. <br /> Greenbusch will complete details, elevations, and sections as may be necessary to document <br /> the installation. Greenbusch shall coordinate the VT equipment and system requirements with <br /> Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical. Mechanical (Tres West Engineers) <br /> Design includes the heating and natural ventilation of the elevator car and shaft. Natural <br /> ventilation will ensure that the elevator car does not overheat passengers in the event of a <br /> power failure. Complete HVAC for the Electrical room will be included in the documents. <br /> 16.1 — Project Management <br /> This task includes scheduling project personnel, individual activities, and ensuring project <br /> remains on schedule. This task also covers invoicing and answering any questions related to <br /> invoicing as well as up to six meetings within a 50 mile radius of Seattle to discuss equipment <br /> and system requirements, coordinate with other team members, discuss options, and respond <br /> to Owner/Team comments. <br /> 16.2 — 30, 60, 90, and 100 Percent Design <br /> Task includes preparing, layout, designing, detailing and drafting for the 30%, 60%, 90%, and <br /> 100% design documents. HVAC and Natural ventilation calculations and sizing for the design <br /> documents. Coordination of all mechanical items and requirements with other disciplines <br /> including, Architectural, Structural, Electrical, and Civil.
