19. Landscape Architecture and Irrigation Design (Swift) <br /> See Task 9 of this Scope of Work for Landscape Architecture and Irrigation Design description <br /> and deliverables. Swift Company LLC shall be providing urban design and landscape <br /> architecture including pedestrian hardscape from back side of curb including paving, and <br /> furnishings; planting soil, landscape planting and irrigation design documents, technical <br /> specifications, and construction details for all landscape areas of this project. These final plans <br /> and specification will be prepared in City of Everett preferred format with specific bid items to be <br /> determined in the future. KPFF shall determine the permits and <br /> agreements required and document the processes and timelines required for the anticipated <br /> Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) entitlements. This work shall include the addition of the <br /> necessary throw barriers and other tasks associated with pedestrians over the BNSF ROW. <br /> 21.
