Combined Sewer Overflow Regulator Design (HDR) <br /> 25.1 — Combined Sewer Overflow Regulator Design <br /> HDR will provide design of the combined sewer overflow regulator structure and piping for <br /> connection to outfalls PSO1 and P502. The design will include: <br /> • Prepare a brief (2 to 3 page) Basis of Design Report that will describe in detail the function <br /> and purpose of the CSO regulator structure.
