• The regulator structure will be a passive structure to divert flow to PSO1 and PSO2, and will <br /> not require the use of motor operated control gates or valves. <br /> • The design concept for the regulator structure will be established in Task 7 and will <br /> incorporate City and Department of Ecology preferences. <br /> • Overflow monitoring for NPDES reporting will be performed at the overflow structure being <br /> provided by the sewer M project. <br /> • Design will include approximately 175 feet of CSO piping. <br /> • All utility piping will be shown on a common plan sheet. <br /> • Project base mapping will be provided by KPFF. <br /> • Specifications will be based on the most current version of WSDOT Standard Specifications. <br /> • Special Provisions for the regulator structure will be developed. <br /> • Project horizontal and vertical control will be established by KPFF. <br /> • Odor control facilities are not included. <br /> • No work will be performed within the existing Lift Station 7. <br /> • No bidding assistance by HDR is included. <br /> • The draft Basis of Design Report will be submitted with the 30% design submittal. <br /> • The final Basis of Design Report will be submitted within 2 weeks of receipt of comments <br /> from the City. <br /> Deliverables (Electronic Copies to KPFF) <br /> Anticipated Utility Plan Sheets (Sheet Count: 4) <br /> • CSO Regulator Structure Basis of Design Report <br /> • Civil Plans per Project Sheet List <br /> • PSE Documents per Project Submittal List <br /> 25.2 — Meetings <br /> HDR shall provide assistance to the design team throughout project development.
