Swift Company LLC shall be providing urban design and landscape <br /> architecture including pedestrian hardscape from back side of curb including paving, and <br /> furnishings; planting soil, landscape planting and irrigation design documents, technical <br /> specifications, and construction details for all landscape areas of this project. These final plans <br /> and specification will be prepared in City of Everett preferred format with specific bid items to be <br /> determined in the future.
