What is the average length of your contracts? <br /> The usual practice of our clients is to award a contract for from one to five years, coupled with an option at the <br /> agency's discretion to extend the contract for up to a total of 5 years before going out to bid again. <br /> LEPS, Inc. has been the sole contractor for the San Jose Police Department since 1971; San Francisco PD since <br /> 1984; New York State Police since 1983;Washington DC Police and Fire since 1998. PSS also has a track record of <br /> long-term contracts, including Seattle PD since about 1990(Drs. Roberts and Tracy prior to the transition to <br /> PSS); Seattle Fire Department since 2005. <br /> C. Have you defaulted on any contracts within the past three years or failed to meet contract terms?
