City of Everett Edgewater Creek Bridge Replacement <br /> WORK ELEMENT 1 PROJECT MANAGEMENT: <br /> This work element includes administration of the contract between the Consultant and the Agency, <br /> preparation of monthly progress reports and quality control, necessary for the Project. The task <br /> includes all administrative services needed to coordinate with the sub-consultant/s and to complete <br /> the Project on time and within budget. The following are the categorized activities associated with <br /> this work element: <br /> • Project Schedule Updating <br /> • Meetings and Meeting Minutes—approximately 17 team meetings is assumed for the <br /> duration of the design activities <br /> • Monthly Progress Reports,and Invoicing. Progress reports will contain a narrative that <br /> identifies and describes significant activities performed in the previous month and the <br /> significant planned activities for the upcoming month. <br /> • Design Team Management: <br /> a. Schedule and coordinate with design team. <br /> b. Prepare sub-consultant agreements, coordinate, budget and review the project <br /> progress and submittals. <br /> c. Prepare, monitor, and update project schedule. Monitor project budget. <br /> d. Prepare monthly billings,progress reports, and updated monthly project schedule. <br /> e. Maintain regular informal contact telephone discussions, and electronic mail. <br /> f. Obtain, with assistance from the City, rights of entry necessary for geotechnical <br /> studies, etc. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Progress Reports <br /> • Meeting Minutes <br /> • Monthly Invoicing <br /> • Project Schedule <br /> Page 3 of 42 <br />
