In <br /> addition, the firm agrees to make the following adjustments to the (Nov2018/Apr2019) <br /> financials provided to the WSDOT audit office: <br /> 1. Removed the bonus as this was attributable to 2018 <br /> 2. Update vacation figures [accrual was most likely before November 2018] <br /> 3. Adjust the labor to the lower rates for the indirect labor <br /> 4. Remove the $12k professional fees - unallowable unless specifically attributable <br /> as direct costs <br /> The provisional rate will not be extended beyond the 2019/2020 time period described above. <br /> The firm will be required to provide either aa Cognizant Report or CPA Report for any future <br /> time periods. This rate will be applicable for Washington Local Agency and WSDOT Contracts. <br /> This rate may be subject to additional review if considered necessary by WSDOT. <br /> Costs billed to agreements/contracts will still be subject to audit of actual costs, based on the <br /> terms and conditions of the respective agreement/contract. <br /> This was not a cognizant review.
