Deliverables: <br /> 1. Progress Reports <br /> 2. Monthly Invoicing <br /> TASK 10 Construction Phase Engineering Services <br /> Aside from the TranTech's design team, the following subconsultants are anticipated to have <br /> contributions for the construction phase engineering support for this project: <br /> • Gibson Traffic—Traffic control <br /> • HWA—Geotechnical <br /> • Perteet—Permitting, civil, and drainage <br /> The construction working days assumed is 90. <br /> The consultant shall provide engineering support services on an "on-call" basis at the City's <br /> request during the construction phase of the project. These services may include the following: <br /> A. Pre-Construction Meetings: The CONSULTANT will attend one (1) pre-construction <br /> meeting. This may include the general pre-construction meeting with the prime contractor <br /> and subcontractors. The CONSULTANT will prepare a draft agenda and submit draft <br /> notes. The City will finalize the meeting notes. <br /> B. Construction Meetings: The CONSULTANT will attend construction meetings as <br /> requested. This task assumes up to ten (10)meetings attended by 1 to 2 staff depending on <br /> the meeting agenda and contractor's schedule of work. The CONSULTANT will take <br /> notes at the meeting and prepare a draft of the notes for the CITY. This task assumes the <br /> CITY will prepare meeting agendas, and finalize the draft meeting notes and distribute <br /> them. <br /> C. Review Selected Shop Drawings: The CONSULTANT will review and recommend <br /> action on selected Contractor materials submittals, and shop drawings, as requested by the <br /> CITY. The effort for this task is for input/support of the review of shop drawings and <br /> materials submittals by the Contractor to the CITY. This task assumes that up to ten (10) <br /> submittals will be reviewed. <br /> D. Review Selected Material Submittals: The CONSULTANT will review and recommend <br /> action on selected Contractor materials submittals and material test reports, as requested by <br /> the CITY. The effort for this task is for input/support of the review of materials submittals <br /> by the Contractor to the CITY. <br /> E. Requests for Information (RFIs): At the CITY's request, the CONSULTANT may be <br /> asked to provide assistance to the CITY in answering the Contractor's RFIs.
