PER <br /> RITY w * <br /> COVID-19 COMMUNICABLE DISEASE CONTROL <br /> Perimeter Security Group will take all necessary steps to safeguard the workplace and employees from COVID-19.PSG <br /> encourages employees to stay home if feeling ill or exhibiting any symptoms listed below.Employees are required to use <br /> the following measures to protect themselves on jobsites: <br /> SYMPTOMS • Fever <br /> • Cough <br /> • Trouble breathing <br /> • Persistent pain or pressure in the chest <br /> • New confusion or inability to arouse <br /> • Bluish lips or face <br /> PREVENTATIVE • Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds,especially after you have been in a public <br /> MEASURES place, or after blowing your nose,coughing,or sneezing <br /> • Use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60%alcohol <br /> • Avoid touching your eyes,nose, and mouth <br /> • Avoid close contact with people who are sick <br /> • Put distance between yourself and other people(6' is recommended) <br /> • Cover your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing <br /> • Throw used tissues in the trash <br /> • Stay home if you are sick <br /> INTERIM PLAN FOR WORKING DURING PANDEMIC — COVID-19 <br /> SANITATION PLAN <br /> Location of hand washing station Crew trucks <br /> When will hand washing be required At every break or more at on site supervisors discretion <br /> All hand tools used,to be cleaned three times per day(or more <br /> What surfaces/tools require cleaning/sanitation as needed)at the beginning,middle,and end of shifts. <br /> Who will perform cleaning sanitation?
