PERIMETER <br /> IT • <br /> Deliveries/vendors • Supervisor should pre-arrange all deliveries to <br /> ensure one-at-a-time access to the jobsite <br /> • Supervisors will contact vendors prior to delivery <br /> to inquire about possibly COVID-19 symptoms to <br /> ensure proper PPE and sanitation efforts before and <br /> after <br /> When social distancing is infeasible When 6' social distance is not feasible, employees are <br /> required to wear N95 respirators,gloves, eye protection, <br /> and face shields <br /> PPE/SAFETY MEETINGS <br /> PPE • PSG will supply gloves,eye protection, and N95 <br /> respirators to be used at all times <br /> • Face shields will be supplied to use when 6' social <br /> distancing is unavoidable <br /> Safety Meetings/Training • Weekly toolbox talks will include regular <br /> discussion of sanitation and social distancing <br /> guidelines,as well as any new updates relating to <br /> COVID-19 <br /> • All safety/toolbox talks will include a sign-in <br /> sheet detailing the date,time,topic, and attendance <br /> of all employees involved <br /> RESPONSE TO INFECTED SITE EMPLOYEES <br /> • PSG employees are not permitted to come to work should they exhibit a fever of 100.4 degrees or above <br /> • Should any PSG employee show any symptoms of COVID-19 they will be sent home immediately and instructed <br /> to contact their physician for clearance before returning to the jobsite <br /> • PSG supervisors will immediately contact all Contractors and Safety Coordinators on site to inform of the <br /> possibility of exposure and will continue to update all necessary parties of any confirmed case <br /> • PSG supervisors and staff on site will break from work to complete full sanitation of all work spaces and tools <br /> • PSG supervisors will complete a full incident report detailing the circumstances in which a potential or confirmed <br /> COVID-19 case transpired including dates,times,and noticeable symptoms <br /> • If confirmed,PSG will implement additional PPE safety,engineering,and administrative controls including <br /> isolating people suspected of having COVID-19 separately from those with confirmed cases of the virus to <br /> prevent further transmission <br /> *PSG requires this disease control plan and infections/communicable disease policy to be posted at all jobsites* <br /> 7488 N Government Way, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83815 <br /> P: (208)772-1700 F: (208)762-8243 <br />
