Participation in up to one virtual meeting with DOH <br /> may be included in this task. Presentation materials, agenda, and meeting minutes will be <br /> prepared by the City and reviewed by Jacobs. <br /> Remaining Deliverables: <br /> None <br /> Task 2 — Pilot Equipment Procurement, Setup, and Commissioning <br /> The City will continue to have primary responsibility for equipment procurement, setup, and <br /> commissioning. <br /> Current Status: <br /> All originally scoped work under task 2 has been completed, except for the review of the pilot <br /> system SOPs. The original task was scoped based on an assumption of 12 months of support and <br /> the actual task has lasted more than 72 months. <br /> Remaining Scope ofWork: <br /> Jacobs staff will provide up to 8 hours of additional commissioning support or SOP or data <br /> collection form review as requested by the City. <br /> Remaining Deliverables: <br /> None <br /> Task 3 — Pilot System Operation <br /> City staff will continue to have sole responsibility for operation, water quality analysis, and <br /> maintenance of the pilot system as described in the original Scope of Work. As part of <br /> Amendment No.2,Jacobs will take on additional responsibility around data reporting and filter <br /> run summaries to allow City staff to focus attention on running and optimizing the pilot system. <br /> Current Status: <br /> Jacobs has provided initial support of City pilot system operation,water quality analysis and data <br /> collection/compilation, maintenance,and run reporting to date. <br /> Exhibit A: Filter Re-Rating Pilot Study Scope of Work,Amendment No.2 Page 2 of 6 <br />
