Remaining Scope of Work: <br /> Pilot System Operation, Water Quality Analysis, and System Maintenance <br /> City staff will maintain full responsibility for this subtask.This subtask will include the following <br /> key activities: <br /> • Oversee and manage pilot system operation, checks, and monitoring <br /> • Backwash filters at end of filter runs <br /> • Perform appropriate maintenance <br /> • Collect samples and send to lab for routine and special sample events <br /> • Perform onsite benchtop analysis of key water quality parameters <br /> • Check operation of and calibrate online analyzers as needed <br /> Jacobs staff will not be involved in this subtask. <br /> Data Collection and Compilation, and Filter Run Reporting <br /> City staff will maintain responsibility for the following components of this subtask: <br /> • Download data from online monitoring system and copy data from paper tracking forms into <br /> electronic database and tracking tools <br /> • Continuously compile data collected during pilot test for analysis at completion of test <br /> period <br /> • Process filter data at the completion of each filter run and develop graphs showing results <br /> that can be used in filter run summary reports <br /> Jacobs will be responsible for data analysis and reporting,and will lead bi-weekly status calls <br /> with City staff: <br /> • Jacobs will prepare filter run summary reports for each filter run based on City pilot data <br /> collection,showing filter performance,with comparisons to control filter and full-scale plant <br /> performance.This includes noting operational or data anomalies and likely explanations,as <br /> well as coordinating with City for review of information included in reports. <br /> • Budget assumes summaries for 30 filter runs over 4 quarters of operation. <br /> • Jacobs to lead twelve(12)bi-weekly calls with City staff as well as two(2)site visits to review <br /> pilot plant operation and help troubleshoot operational challenges. <br /> Remaining Deliverables: <br /> • Thirty(30) Filter Run Summary Reports <br /> • Twelve(12)sets of summary level(action items and major discussion topics)meeting notes <br /> from bi-weekly pilot testing coordination calls sent via e-mail <br /> Task 4 — Pilot Test Data Analysis and Report <br /> Jacobs be responsible for data analysis and preparing a pilot test report for submission to DOH. <br /> Current Status: <br /> Work on this task has yet to begin. <br /> Exhibit A: Filter Re-Rating Pilot Study Scope of Work,Amendment No.2 Page 3 of 6 <br />
