OSOS No. I-8051 <br /> <br />ii. Assis�ng with Installa�on of Service and Coordina�ng with Vendor, Library IT <br />Personnel. WSL will coordinate with Vendor and supervise and/or par�cipate in the installa�on <br />of equipment needed for Library’s Service. WSL will ensure that Library’s IT staff and/or <br />consultant(s), if any, have necessary access to equipment. WSL will not be responsible or liable <br />for financial or other consequences resul�ng from delays in installa�on caused by Library (e.g., <br />such as changes in scheduling a�er the installa�on date has been set); provided, however, that <br />WSL will not invoice Library for the Service un�l the equipment is installed and the Service has <br />commenced, and will prorate Library’s share of costs based on the number of days in the Program <br />year a�er July 1st that Library was without the Service. <br /> <br />iii. Providing Technical Services. WSL will provide technical services to Library and <br />other LIBTECH par�cipants to assist with determining the source and expedi�ng resolu�on of any <br />Service issues. WSL will either directly resolve the issue or work with Vendor to obtain resolu�on, <br />as appropriate based on the nature of the problem and where, when, why and/or how it <br />originated. <br /> <br />iv. Coordina�ng Ancillary Services and Implemen�ng Changes in Service. WSL will <br />work with Library to evaluate and implement any Moves/Adds/Changes/Deletes (“MACD”) to the <br />Service, including any ancillary systems and services Library desires to employ (e.g., security <br />cameras, door badging, phone services, and/or so�ware applica�ons) to ensure that all systems <br />coordinate and func�on properly. WSL will not be responsible or liable for any technological, <br />financial or other consequences that may result from Library’s failure to work with WSL in <br />evalua�ng any proposed MACD prior to its implementa�on, or its failure to meet performance <br />requirements or specifica�ons s�pulated by WSL for the proper func�oning and op�mal <br />performance of the Service. <br /> <br />E. Tracking Library Expenses and Invoicing. WSL will track Library’s expenses and invoice <br />Library on a quarterly basis for Library’s share of costs a�er applying all applicable Program <br />subsidies. <br /> <br />F. Communica�ng Awareness of and Assis�ng with Library’s Compliance with Applicable <br />Laws, Regula�ons, and Policies. WSL will ac�vely communicate to Library and other LIBTECH <br />par�cipants any compliance requirements LIBTECH par�cipants may be subject to and any <br />policies they may be required to observe, as LIBTECH par�cipants and beneficiaries of funding <br />subsidies from federal, state, and/or other sources, that WSL is or becomes aware of during the <br />term of this Agreement. WSL will work with LIBTECH par�cipants to achieve and maintain <br />compliance with such requirements and policies. <br /> <br />G. CIPA Compliance. All recipients of E-rate funding are required to comply with the <br />Children’s Internet Protec�on Act (“CIPA”). WSL will provide Library with a router that includes a <br />technology protec�on measure as required by CIPA .
