Work Performed by the CITY <br /> Throughout the duration of the PROJECT, the CITY will perform services, furnish information, <br /> and answer questions on CITY standard procedures for plan preparation. <br /> The following services will be performed by the CITY: <br /> • CITY will provide available as-built plans, bridge records, inspection reports, previous study <br /> findings and calculations, etc. <br /> • If necessary, CITY will provide meeting location/conference room for all stakeholder <br /> meetings throughout the life of this contract. <br /> • If necessary, Designated CITY staff will lead and participate in all stakeholder meetings <br /> throughout life of contract. <br /> • Review and comment on all deliverables outlined in contract. <br /> Milestones Schedule <br /> The schedule of milestones is shown below.
