Task 1 Project Management <br /> Task 1.1 Project Management Plan <br /> This Task includes preparation of a Project Management Plan to direct and define the analysis <br /> and decision-making process required to complete the project.The plan will include these <br /> components: <br /> • Project scope of work <br /> • Project schedule <br /> • Team roles, work assignments and organization <br /> • Team meetings & coordination <br /> • Communications protocols <br /> • Monthly progress and performance reporting <br /> • Records management <br /> • Change control procedures <br /> • Project Safety Plan <br /> • Quality assurance and control <br /> • Closeout of the project <br /> Task 1.2 Project Kickoff and Coordination <br /> The CONSULTANT project manager will provide direction to the PROJECT team, including <br /> SUBCONSULTANTs, and conduct PROJECT coordination meetings with appropriate task leaders. <br /> The CONSULTANT will coordinate execution of the PROJECT and meet periodically with the CITY <br /> Project Manager and staff. Tasks include: <br /> • Conduct a kickoff meeting at the beginning of the PROJECT. <br /> • Develop the PROJECT delivery schedule and update it as changes occur. <br /> • Meet with the CITY Project Manager and/or staff periodically, including review <br /> coordination of milestone submittals. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • The CONSULTANT'S Project Manager and/or project engineer will meet (face-to- <br /> face) with the CITY Project Manager up to 10 times. <br /> • Internal PROJECT team coordination meetings will be held on a bi-weekly basis <br /> during PROJECT duration.These meetings will be in addition to the coordination <br /> meetings held with the CITY but budgeted as part of the specific work tasks. <br /> Maple Heights Bridge Seismic Retrofit 5 <br />
