Task 3 Surveying & Mapping <br /> The CONSULTANT will perform site survey pertinent to the PROJECT.The east-west project <br /> limits along W. Mukilteo Blvd. will begin 20 feet west of the intersection with Greely Street and <br /> continue easterly to the west edge of the private access driveway to house#'s 1516, 1518, and <br /> 1520. <br /> The southerly limits will extend 25 feet south of the edge of pavement of W. Mukilteo Blvd. or <br /> to fence lines, whichever is nearest. <br /> Ordinary High-Water Mark flags may extend 50 feet south of the bridge face. <br /> The northerly limits will extend 25 feet north of the edge of pavement up to the BNSF parcel at <br /> which point the limits will be the north face of bridge and edge of pavement. Mapping will <br /> extend 25 feet beyond the extension of the edge of pavement for driveways. <br /> The north limits will also include mapping of the laydown area.The edge of tree lines and <br /> landscaping will be located as well as stand-alone trees within the area. <br /> Please see Exhibit A, Surveying Limits, below. <br /> Task 3.1 Survey PM, Admin, and QA/QC <br /> This task includes the survey project management, administrative duties, and quality control <br /> required for a project of this complexity and magnitude. Depending on the project <br /> requirements, 1 Alliance will assign a Survey Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and <br /> Survey Quality Leader for this project. <br /> Task 3.2 Survey Control <br /> This task includes the establishment of survey control, or the recovery of existing survey <br /> control, as required for the project. Typically, survey control will be set, found, or referenced <br /> utilizing Real Time Kinematic (RTK) GPS (GNSS) and the Washington State Reference Network <br /> (WSRN) in conformance with industry standards.
