That is,a 1.0 FTE paid by Reimbursable Charges must be at the Clinic full time and a <br /> 0.5 FTE must be at the Clinic half-time. However,this does not preclude Vera from temporarily <br /> and equitably allocating personnel between Vera clinics for purposes of covering for sickness, <br /> vacations,training or other short-term events. <br /> E.
