City of Everett Edgewater Creek Bridge Replacement <br /> 10.4 Online engagement <br /> Consultant will develop an online public engagement sites to share the same content that will be <br /> displayed at the in-person public event in Phase 2 and solicit feedback from the community via <br /> an online survey. Consultant will also update the online engagement site to share the preferred <br /> solution during Phase 3 (NOTE: The second online engagement site will not accompany an in- <br /> person event). <br /> An online open house tool is particularly helpful to solicit broader public input from those who <br /> are unable to attend the in-person meeting yet still have a desire to provide their input on the <br /> project. The online open house includes use of a custom sub-domain website that will be <br /> seamlessly linked from the City's website,have a project-specific customized layout, station tabs <br /> to match in-person meeting station materials, fully responsive design(i.e. for smart phones, <br /> tablets,etc.), integration with Google Translate and social share, and a full report of comments <br /> submitted. All content developed for the public meetings will be used to populate the online open <br /> house, minimizing independent content development effort needed to specifically support the <br /> online open house. <br /> 10.5 Outreach materials <br /> Consultant will develop a project look-and-feel, including branding(standards for project <br /> material color, font, etc.)and document templates,utilizing any City-established guidelines as a <br /> starting point where they are available. <br /> Consultant will develop content for the City's project website to provide details about the project <br /> including a schedule and engagement timeline. Consultant will collaborate with the City to post <br /> website content for Phase 1 and 2, and one update for Phase 3 to share the preferred solution. <br /> Consultant will develop content and graphics for project fact sheet/FAQs,to provide an overview <br /> of the project during Phase 1 and 2 outreaches. The fact sheet/FAQ will be updated for Phase 3 <br /> outreach. Consultant will also collaborate with the City to provide needed materials <br /> translation/transcreation. <br /> Consultant will develop an overview presentation to be used during Phase 1 at the stakeholder <br /> interviews and an updated presentation to be used during Phase 2 for stakeholder briefings and <br /> the in-person public event. <br /> Consultant will develop notifications for the project, including: <br /> • Content and graphics for a postcard to notify the local community about the project and <br /> upcoming Phase 2 in-person events and online engagement opportunities. <br /> Page 28 of 42 <br />
